The activating qualities of growth, energy, heat, magnetism and smell. These things are central to my practice. Scavenging for power in a pseudo scientific manner, transforming food into electricity, energy into heat and coffee into mould. An intuitive experimental investigation with wide parameters and no specific destination in mind.

 

Ben Woodeson is based in Glasgow, Scotland where he spends his time making things go "Bang" or "Pzzssst!". When not engaged in such activities he continually wonders why he lives near to some of the most beautiful landscape in the world, owns an elderly BMW motorcycle but rarely combines the two.
