Presenters of the ArtsEverywhere Festival, held in Guelph from January 18-21, 2018, are seeking support from community members to help provide speaker hospitality and support during the festival. There will be a $500 or $250 honorarium for those selected.
Responsibilities include
• Full or half time availability during the festival Jan 18 – 21 (approx. 25 or 12 hours)
• Escorting performers and organizers to and from festival events
• Providing logistical support for performers and organizers
• Providing tourist-like support for performers visiting the community
• Providing dietary and well being support for performers
• Liaising between performers and organizers
• Transportation of festival assets and personal belongings
• Set up, take down, and clean up at festival events
All applicants must have a personal vehicle that can be used at all times during the festival, and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
