You're invited to CAFKA's Annual General Meeting!

Dear Friends and Members of CAFKA,
We are writing to invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, April 18, from 7pm to 8:30pm at AOK Arcade (165 King Street West) in Kitchener. Please enter through the AOK door on Halls Lane near Gaukel St.
CAFKA members will be presented with minutes from the 2022 AGM; the incoming board slate for 2023; and a copy of the 2021–2022 audited financial statements for review and approval.
Friends and community members are also welcome to attend; current CAFKA members will be eligible to vote. Stick around and enjoy a few rounds of arcade games on us and meet fellow artists from the Region. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase.
The AGM will include reports on CAFKA's accomplishments from the past year and a preview of the next biennial, Stay with Me, which will be on view June 3–July 22, 2023.
